Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship within New Zealand.
All orders are shipped on an overnight courier with NZ Post, with a tracking number provided. Orders are shipped once your order has been created and completed.
Order processing time can take between 2 - 10 days, depending on the type of product.
Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Bakery items are not available for shipping.
Return Cost
Paw J’Adore do not cover the shipping cost of returns. If you wish to return an item, this must be paid for at your own expense.
30 Days to Return
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receiving your parcel. We will not accept returns after this period.
Returns and Exchanges
As our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, unless they are damaged or faulty.
If you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Proof of damage and/or faultiness must be provided to us.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, a refund will be provided and the item(s) must be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
