 Bakery

  • Yes!

    Every pupcake is baked fresh using dog-safe, human-grade ingredients - no preservatives or artificial flavours, just wholesome goodness for your best friend.

  • The ingredients used in our recipes are:

    • Rice flour

    • Free-range eggs

    • (Dog-safe!) Peanut butter

    • Coconut oil

    • Natural greek yoghurt

    • Cream cheese

    • Banana

    • Strawberry

    • Honey

    • Carob

    • Dried yoghurt chips

    We do not recommend our pupcakes if your dog has a dairy intolerance.

  • All bakery orders must be picked up from our private home kitchen, based in Upper Hutt.

    Delivery can be available upon special request, but please note this is for weekends only and not a guarantee.

    A delivery fee will apply, depending on delivery location.

  • We require a minimum of 5 days notice for all bakery items.

  • You will need to fill in the order form provided via our bakery menu page with all of your pupcake request(s).

    Once we have received your enquiry, you will then receive an email from us to confirm your booking details and provide you with an invoice for payment.

    Your booking will be confirmed once we’ve received full payment.


 Products

  • No - our store is online only.

  • We use high-quality, long-lasting stainless steel, with the addition of resin for our ashes-enclosed remembrance pendants.

  • All our jewellery items come with a little care card, detailing specific instructions for how to take care of your piece to ensure long-lasting durability.

    We also include a little purse to keep your jewellery item in when it’s not being worn, and a cloth to keep it shining and tarnish-free.

  • Once you have confirmed your order via the product listing, we will require you to send the ashes you’d like enclosed in the pendant, to us.

    To do this, we will send out a mailer to you on an overnight courier. Inside the mailer will include a small bag and spoon for you to provide a small sample of ashes, and a pre-paid overnight courier return label to send to us.

    Once we have received the ashes, we will begin to create your pendant.

    Please note that the return label is only valid for 7 days. If you do not send your ashes to us within this 7 days period, you will be required to pay for a new shipping label.

  • We will only use the amount of ashes required for the pendant.

    Any remaining ashes will be respectfully returned to you for safe keeping, with your order.

  • As all of our products are made to order, our processing time can vary depending on the item.

    For non-resin jewellery items , we require a processing time of 2 - 5 days.

    For resin items, curing times can vary. To take this into account, we require a processing time of 2 - 7 days.

    It’s important to note for ashes pendants that processing time may take longer due to requiring the ashes being sent to us first before we can begin.

  • We currently only ship within New Zealand.

    Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

    All orders are shipped on an overnight courier with NZ Post, with a tracking number provided. Orders are shipped once your order has been created and completed.

  • Because our products are handmade to order, we don’t generally accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out and contact us at pawjadore@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
